Leerdergedragskode
Dit is ons strewe om by Laerskool Malelane ‘n omgewing daar te stel waar elke leerling gelukkig sal wees. Hier moet hy/sy geleenthede benut om in totaliteit te ontwikkel.

Elke leerling se akademiese vordering bly ‘n prioriteit. Hier by die skool versterk ons waardes en normes wat elke kind by die huis as opvoeding ontvang. Ons streef daarna dat elke leerling sy positiewe menswees uitleef.
Die gedragskode word gegrond op die volgende:

Dissipline en orde is die hoeksteen van ‘n suksesvolle samelewing.

Dissipline moet hoogste prioritieit geniet.

Implementering van sanksies geskied volgens die leerdergedragkode en met die volle samewerking en kennisname van die ouers.

Die ouerhuis en skool dien dieselfde doel, nl. die opvoeding van die kind sodat hy/sy na behoorlike volwassenheid begelei kan word.

Wedersydse respek en agting tussen alle partye is noodsaaklik en ‘n kultuur van verdraagsaamheid is ‘n belangrike uitganspunt.

Die leerdergedragskode is onderworpe aan die Grondwet van Suid-Afrika 1996 (Wet nr 108 van 1996) en die SA skolewet van 1996 (Wet nr 84 van 1996).

Die skool poog daarna om gedissiplineerd op te tree.

Die beste dissipline is selfdissipline en die samewerking van elke leerder, ouer en onderwyser word vriendelik gevra.

Van elke leerder word verwag om ‘n hoë morele en etiese standaard van optrede, gedrag en taalgebruik te handhaaf.
Learner Code of Conduct
It is our aim at Laerskool Malelane to set an environment where every learner will be content. Here he/she must use every opportunity in order for holistic development to take place.

The Academic progress of each learner remains a priority. At school we strengthen the values and norms of each child which were received at home as part of a proper upbringing. We strive towards creating an opportunity for each child to live out his/her positive humanity.
The Code of Conduct is based on the following:

Discipline and order are the corner stone of a successful community.

Discipline must have the highest priority.

Implementation of sanctions according to the disciplinary code with the full co-operation and knowledge of the parents.

Both the parenting structure and the school serves the same purpose, i.e. the education of a child in order to lead a child towards optimal maturity.

Mutual respect among all stake holders and a culture of tolerance is very important.

The Learner Code of Conduct is in accordance with the Constitution of South Africa 1996 (Law no 108 of 1996) and the South African Schools Act 0f 1996 (Law no 84 of 1996).

The school strives towards acting in a disciplined manner.

The best discipline is self-discipline and the co-operation of each learner, parent and teacher is required.

We expect all leaners to uphold high moral and ethical values in all actions, behaviour and language at all times.
